In 2003, Nike SB used eBay to auction off a unique pair of Dunk Lows that were painted to imitate the site's logo. All sales revenue from the listing, which had a final price of $26,000, went towards building new skate parks all across the Portland region. The Swoosh is physically putting the pieces of the aforementioned Dunk Low back together in order to pay tribute to the life of the late Sandy Bodecker, who was instrumental in establishing Nike SB as it is today. However, the team decided to fill in the gaps with a see-through TPU rather than flawlessly fusing the aforementioned portions together. The rest of the sneaker design, on the other hand, represents eBay's recognisable red, blue, yellow, and green colour scheme while remaining true to the original colour scheme.
