For this release, Jordan Brand adopts the more contemporary cut of the AJ1 Low, which is typified by its padded collar and more patterned back panel than the original model. Here, the "Fireberry" color of choice, which is displayed on the overlays, lining, and outsole in a well-known Jordan Brand color blocking pattern, is ideally in line with the fashion sensibilities that go hand in hand with warm weather. The heel and tongue logo have contrasting stitching in contrasting shades of white and "Fireberry," with white leather completing the upper portion. As is sometimes the case with understated hues like these, a "Sail" midsole provides a somewhat retro feel below.
